As the first national survey of its kind, the primary goals of this landscape study were to hear directly from a diverse set of stakeholders regarding their experiences related to digital equity and identify opportunities to positively move toward greater digital inclusion.
The survey process consisted of a 24 question survey, interviews and town halls.
