Digitunity Welcomes Senior Director of Strategy & Development

MADISON, NH, May 26, 2020 — Digitunity, a nonprofit organization with a mission to close the digital divide, has named Susan Krautbauer its new Senior Director of Strategy and Development. Previously associated with global brands such as Flash Global and Jabil, Inc., Krautbauer will provide institutional strategy, marketing, and development leadership  to the Digitunity Team.

In this new role, Krautbauer’s mission will be to grow the capacity and impact of Digitunity as a leading voice for digital inclusion efforts across the nation so people in need can participate fully in a digitally connected world. Digitunity works in a backbone support role for an extensive network of digital inclusion practitioners, collectively working to sustain and scale long-term systemic change and impact in the pursuit of digital inclusion and equity for all.

“Susan brings a background of both business development, marketing and management experience to Digitunity, with a career spanning everything from Fortune 500 corporations to entrepreneurial start-up ventures,” said Scot Henley, Executive Director of Digitunity. “She will be a tremendous addition to our organization, especially now as we evolve the organization and expand our work.”

Krautbauer began her career at Skyline, Inc., an international marketing design, innovation and exhibit design firm, and has over 23 years of progressive experience in the areas of business development, sales and marketing, and executive leadership and career consultation services. She most recently held the position of SVP, Marketing & Sales for the start-up Techadox, an online workforce marketplace for technology professionals. Susan completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Minnesota, and has additional training in executive and organizational leadership, sales management, workforce initiatives, and digital marketing.

She has served in multiple leadership roles within CompTIA (www.comptia.org), the information technology industry’s leading certification and trade association, and currently holds the position of Board Chair with SHIFT (www.shiftonline.org).
