Leading into the NDIA Net Inclusion 2023 conference, this in-person event is designed to provide you with an opportunity to gather, collaborate, learn, and connect with nonprofit refurbishers of all sizes. Where can I make my hotel reservations?

Digitunity has a discount room block for the AFTRR conference attendees at the Hilton Palacio Del Rio, 200 S Alamo Street, San Antonio, TX 78205. If you plan to stay at this hotel, reservations can be made on the hotel reservation portal reflecting our “DIGITUNITY” discount room block. Click here to be taken to the hotel reservation site that is pre-populated with our conference rate.

Discount room rates are available on a first come, first served basis and subject to availability at the time of reservation.

Where can I register for the NDIA Net Inclusion 2023?

The 2023 AFTRR Community Conference is conveniently scheduled to begin prior to NDIA’s Net Inclusion Conference. For those planning to attend both conferences, you can conveniently register for Net Inclusion by clicking here.

The AFTRR Conference detailed agenda is under development and more specific details will be posted on the website as they become available. These are the current event details that are available:

Sunday, February 26th, 2023 – AFTRR Reception (Evening). Location – The Jack Guenther Pavilion at The Briscoe Western Art Museum, 210 W. Market Street. San Antonio, TX 78205
Monday, February 27th, 2023 – AFTRR Conference (Full Day) Location – Hilton Palacio Del Rio, 200 S Alamo Street, San Antonio, TX 78205

Sponsorship and scholarship opportunities

Opportunities are available for organizations or individuals to become one of our event sponsors for the AFTRR Conference.

These sponsor financial donations allow Digitunity to provide scholarships to qualifying organizations or leaders that would like to attend the conference but find the travel expenses to be cost-prohibitive for their organization.

Our sponsoring organizations will be recognized at the conference.

All scholarship awards are strictly confidential.
